1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Product must be in sellable condition, with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Products purchased on sale or through promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).

  • Items not purchased directly from https://ezeenaturebliss.com.

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To process a replacement or refund quickly:

Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund to your original payment method.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@ezeenaturebliss.com with your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including our return shipping address.

  4. Carefully package the item and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Use tracked shipping whenever possible.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t already been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please email support@ezeenaturebliss.com with your order number and request.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


8. International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue to request assistance.
